Thanks to The Criminal Bar Association for publishing this (God that sounds bad!) and for being kind enough to follow me!!!!!
The Fab Four Maura McGowan QC, Lucy Scott Montcrieff, Bill Waddington and the wondrous wonder that is Michael Turner QC Head Honcho of the Criminal Bar Association come out to play.
In one of the best examples of ‘We’ve got a Case’ Save UK Justice fans have lots of good things to read. ( I’m struggling with words here to do justice to them) this proved to be the one? This is a video I can point too and see ‘ The Case’ outlined as it were and the fine people following; which showed me what is/was needing to ‘won’.
Like the rest of the #SaveUKJustice Community (Legal and Non Legal ) I was riveted.
For instance I had heard stuff about Michael Turner QC http://www.gardencourtchambers.co.uk/barristers/michael_turner_qc.cfm but not seen him in action! Now was my opportunity and it was a sight not to be missed!). They and esp he killed them! It was a wonder to watch! Arguments (key word!) so perfectly and succinctly put that one felt that if *We win* and *win all arguments*then *We* would score a significant victory.
Particularly when he mentioned all the costs of Crapita Interpreters, G4S wasting Court time etc how out of dealing with that wastage that a £2bn Legal aid Budget springs out! A budget which would more than help the Legal Aid Community.
